What is your typical turnaround time for edits and final delivery?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and scope of the project. Typically, we aim to deliver the first drafts between 1-3 weeks after filming, with final delivery within 3 -4 weeks after revisions. If you have a tight deadline – such as an event, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What equipment do you use, and do you provide lighting and audio?
We use high-quality Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras, professional-grade audio equipment, and industry-standard lighting to ensure high quality visuals, sound and lighting. Our standard kit covers most production needs, and additional equipment can be arranged for specialised requirements at an extra cost.
Can you work independently, or do you require detailed direction?
We’re experienced in working independently, managing the creative direction and logistics to bring your vision to life with minimal input – effectively acting as a producer on the shoot. However, if you have a specific vision or detailed brief, we’re more than happy to collaborate closely before or during the shoot to ensure everything is captured.
How do you handle last-minute changes or unexpected challenges on set?
Flexibility is key in video production and comes with experience. Whether it’s adjusting run sheets on the day, refining creative direction, or meeting tight turnaround times, we’re skilled at problem-solving on the fly to keep your project on track.
What is included in your pricing (e.g., filming, editing, revisions, licensing)?
All of our quotes are fixing-pricing and tailored to each project and we ensure that you only pay for what you need. We typically separate our pricing into pre-production, production (filming), and post-production (editing). Standard video edits come with half or full-day shoot, 2-3 rounds of revisions with royalty-free music and we backup the footage indefinitely. Additional equipment such as a drone or teleprompter are priced as extra. Licensing for stock footage or voiceovers is available at an additional cost. If necessary for your project, a detailed breakdown will be provided in your quote.
Do you have examples of previous work in my industry?
Yes! We’ve worked with clients across a range of industries, including corporate, education, events, construction, brand marketing, and more. Let us know your industry, and we’ll share relevant examples that demonstrate our expertise. In the instance we don’t have a close example, we’ll do some scratching around to find examples that might work. If we’re confident we can achieve similar results, we’ll let you know.
